  Explore how strong lower-body positioning enhances stability, power, and injury prevention.

Yes, the OMHA Checking Clinic is a regulatory and safety clinic that must be completed at an OMHA affiliate. In contrast, the Advanced Hockey Checking Clinic goes beyond the basics to provide in-depth teaching and practical skill development. Our more extensive clinics are highly beneficial for players moving into U14.
