Skill-Focused Stations:
Edge work & Power Skating drills to sharpen stride and balance
Puck and stick-handling progressions

Small Area Game Stations

Conditioning & Stride Mechanics

*Only pay for the dates you attend.

*Goalies are welcome to join and participate in our battle station.

*Multiple separate on-ice groups ensure a positive training experience.
