Powerskating & Puck Control Training
Focused training sessions to sharpen skating mechanics and puck control in stride. Players are grouped by age and level. Multi-station format with a short conditioning skate to finish.

Hockey prep program. Dec-Mar
A skill development program that prepares youth for Minor Hockey by focusing on the skills required for gameplay. Equipment assistance is available.

A program for very young skaters that introduces them to on-ice activities with a fun engaging curriculum.
