Advanced Hockey’s Power Skating and Puck Control Program

Birth Years: 2021 – 2016

 Focused sessions to sharpen skating mechanics and puck control in stride. Players are grouped by age and level (House → Travel). Stations format with a short conditioning skate to finish. 

Stations That Check the Right Boxes
• Edge-work drills to sharpen stride and balance
• Puck-control and stick-handling progressions

• Conditioning drills that push the pace of play

*Separate on-ice groups. Players are divided by age and skill level.
