Girls’ Skills Training May & June

  Join us for our Girls’ Spring Skills Training Sessions at the WFCU Centre! Each session focuses on building speed, agility, puck control, and overall gameplay in a fun, supportive environment. 

With our station-based programming, girls birth years 2020 to 2011, whether Local League or Travel players, can train in the appropriate grouping, making efficient use of ice time while ensuring everyone gets the right level of challenge.

 Cost

• $35 per drop-in OR $150 for all five sessions

What to Expect

• Power Skating: Improve skating stride, speed, and edge control.
• Technical Skills: Hone your shooting, passing, and puck-handling.
• Tactical Skills: Learn small-area strategies and game situational awareness.
• Physical Skills: Develop balance, strength, and overall athleticism.
• Interactive Drills: Engage in puck control exercises and small-area drills designed to mimic real game situations.

Goalies

• Goalies are welcome to register at 1/2 price and participate in our small area game stations.
