Designed for average- to above-average skaters who are ready to develop the skills needed for competitive hockey!

Stations That Check the Right Boxes
• Edge-work drills to sharpen stride and balance
• Puck-control and stick-handling progressions
• Small-area games to sharpen decision-making
• Conditioning drills that push the pace of play

*Four separate on-ice groups. Players are divided by age and skill level.

Sunday August 24, 12:00-1:00PM Essex Arena
Thursday, August 28, 7:00-8:00PM Essex Arena

*Join the program and ice times will be added on an ongoing basis, only pay for the dates you choose.
